2 cups Strawberry, puree
3 large Strawberries, thinly sliced
1 cup lemon juice
¾ cup sugar (10 Tbsp of Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar)
5 cups water
Wash and dry the strawberries. Pick the three largest strawberries and slice them thinly. Pour in 4 cups of water into your pitcher and add the thinly sliced strawberries. Set it aside to infuse. In a small pot pour in 1 cup of water and sugar mix until the sugar has dissolved but do not allow it to boil. Next, blend the rest of the strawberries in the blender and drain strawberries puree through a sieve. Now juice your lemon. In the pitcher mix together lemon juice, strawberries puree, and sugar syrup. You can garnish with a slice of strawberry. Enjoy!
