Kale is one of the most amazing vegetables that God created. It contains lots of vitamin A, calcium, and minerals. It is filled with essential nutrients that cleanse the skin. This Kale Salad is simple and delicious recipe to make and enjoy.


Two bunches of kale, washed and stripped of the stems.

2 tablespoons of sesame oil and olive oil and more if not enough

2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

A squeeze of lemon

1 teaspoon of salt, taste as needed

Wash the kale and let it dry. Then pull the kale of its stems into a medium bowel. (You can save the stems for juicing). Then put the salt in and massage kale firming so the amount of kale in the bowel shrinks. Pour the oil and lemon juice in. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Taste to see if maybe more oil or salt is needed. Let it stay for couple of hours or overnight to marinate. Enjoy!!
