“TRIM OFF FAT” SALAD

 

2 Cups mini orange tomatoes, sliced in half

2 Cups mini red tomatoes, sliced in half

4 Persian Cucumbers, ½ in thick sliced

1 Cup fresh basil, chopped

One-half medium red onion, thinly sliced

Salt & Pepper, as desired

 

In a large bowl, add in cucumbers, tomatoes, basil, red onion, salt and pepper. Toss it all well.

Ready to serve! Enjoy!
